A well-established, fun, bold, innovative eyewear brand seeks a new office-based Logistics Manager.

We want our new colleague to be an excellent brand ambassador, confident at building relationships and helping push the Wolf Eyewear brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating new lines in Cin7 for each launch (e.g. Jan, May, Sept)
- Responsible for placing new orders directly with factories, ensuring administrative accuracy including delivery schedules
- Committed to ensuring product is received on time and in full and communicate to resolve issues with suppliers
- Organise shipments exporting our product from its production location, including customs management
- Ensure analysis of shipment charges is achieved and is in line with budgetary controls
- Checking received goods are to the expected standards and escalated to Quality Assurance for testing as required and assist with the maintenance of Product Technical Files, including Global Compliance - EUDAMED, FDA, MHRA
- Ensure Wolf Eyewear complies with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Allocating stock in the warehouse ready for picking and packing
- Liaise with operations team lead - coordinate picking Export
- Create documentation for shipments (including export)
- Manage the flow of stock from the UK to destinations
- Budget management for all orders and liaising with accounts for payment
- Foster good relations with carrier partners
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE
- Experienced in international logistics, air, sea and overland
- In addition to technical capability, you will be engaging and have a positive approach, demonstrating an awareness of personal brand and impact and having a great team spirit
- Have the confidence to challenge the ‘as is’ and the courage to accept future challenges. Not be uncomfortable with change and ambiguity
- Good negotiations skills
- Have heightened commercial awareness, including the ability to articulate business decisions within the wider context and identify trends through excellent analytic and communication skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Capable to multi-task and move several projects forward at once
- Organised and adaptable
- Able to demonstrate personal motivation and drive to deliver results
- Accuracy essential – attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting seasonal and customer deadlines
- Proficient in various operating platforms
- Computer literate – MS365, Google etc
